A production Vault answer should link back to the approved source, not simply generate an unsupported statement.

Fictional comparison · planned document intelligence

Earlier version

Nonrenewal notice: 5 days before expiry.

Revised version

Nonrenewal notice: 10 days before expiry.

That earlier deadline could affect a renewal Mission. Automatically detecting and analyzing these changes belongs to a later Vault phase.

Works with what you already use

Bring your knowledge together. Keep your tools.

Vault is intended to work with the folders and sources you explicitly authorize, rather than replace your existing storage.

Connections, permission mirroring and automatic synchronization are planned and not live.

Manual uploads

Private storage and malware-scanning foundation code has passed supervised tests. Customer upload workflows are not yet publicly available.

Trust by design

Your knowledge. Your boundaries.

The goal is simple: useful information for the right person or Operator, with clear access rules and a trail back to the source.

The permissions demonstration above is illustrative. The full customer-facing authorization controls are still being developed.

Our security approach
01

Private storage groundwork

Upload, quarantine and private-object handling have been exercised in supervised tests.

02

Source-backed decisions

Precise citations, source versions and verification remain product requirements, not claims of live service.

03

Limited access by Mission

Future Operator access must respect approved source, workspace and Mission boundaries.

Frequently asked questions

Vault, explained simply.

What is tested, what is being built, and what comes later.

What is Ordmere Vault, and how is it different from Google Drive?

Google Drive stores and organizes files. Ordmere Vault is being built to help AI Operators find useful information in approved business sources, explain answers with supporting evidence, and use that context in governed Missions. It is a knowledge layer for work, not a replacement for your existing drive.

The customer-facing search experience on this page is an illustrative product preview, not a live service.

Does Vault work with my existing business systems?

Vault is designed to connect only the folders and sources you explicitly authorize. Selected Google Drive, SharePoint and OneDrive locations are planned. Connected-source authorization, permissions mirroring and synchronization are not yet live.

Upload, private storage and malware-scanning foundation code has passed supervised tests; this is not yet a production customer workspace.

Can Ordmere Operators use information stored in Vault?

That is a central design goal. Operators are intended to use only the documents permitted for their Mission, keep source evidence attached to important answers and ask for approval before consequential actions. Search, evidence and Mission handoff are still in development or planned.

The example on this page creates no real Mission and performs no work in connected systems.

What capabilities are available today versus coming later?

Today there is an interactive website demonstration and tested foundation code for parts of private upload, quarantine and storage. The public example does not read your documents, run AI answers, connect to business systems or execute actions. Next planned steps are document processing, source-backed search and Mission context. Connected-source syncing, proactive change alerts and deeper intelligence come later.

Ordmere Vault is not yet a live customer-facing product. Release dates depend on testing and approval.
