Integrations
Works across the systems the outcome depends on.
An Operator carries one Mission across the systems the outcome needs — and asks for only the access that responsibility requires. You start with the outcome, not the integrations.
- Only the systems a Mission needs.
- Only the access it needs.
- You approve what matters.
Start from the Mission
The Mission decides the systems — and the access.
One Mission, as Ordmere defines it: each system it needs, why, what it may do there, and what it will never touch.

Example Mission · “When a new customer says yes, get them fully onboarded without anything falling through the cracks.”
EmailRequired
Customer communication, requests and follow-ups
Needs access to
- Find the relevant customer conversation
- Read approved onboarding context
- Prepare requests, updates and follow-ups
Doesn't need access to
- Delete email
Limited to: Only communication relevant to this onboarding
Customer RecordsRequired
What was sold, customer details, owner and onboarding status
Needs access to
- Read the customer, commitment and owner
- Keep onboarding status and next actions current
Doesn't need access to
- Delete CRM records
Limited to: Only the customer records involved in this Operator
Shared FilesRequired
Scope, requirements and approved onboarding documents
Needs access to
- Find the approved onboarding documents
- Read the requirements and scope
Doesn't need access to
- Change or delete files
Limited to: Read only from approved onboarding folders
Team TasksRequired
Owners, milestones, dependencies and blockers
Needs access to
- Create the owned onboarding work
- Follow progress and blockers
- Keep ownership and status current
Limited to: Only work created or linked to this onboarding
- Required
- The Mission can't finish without it. Customer Records hold the customer, owner and onboarding state.
- Optional
- It improves the Mission without blocking it. Team chat can alert Customer Operations when a decision is waiting.
- Alternative
- One of several systems can satisfy the same need. You choose which system should carry that role.
Contextual connections
Connection isn't permission.
Most tools ask for access to everything up front. Ordmere separates four things, so connecting a system never means handing over unrestricted autonomy.
Organization connection
Your company connects a system once. That alone lets Ordmere do nothing.
Mission access
Each Mission is granted only the capabilities it needs, on only the resources it needs.
Action controls
Each action is automatic, asks first, or is never allowed.
Approval policy
Who approves what — amounts, recipients, sensitive changes.
Least privilege
The connection is not the grant.
A company can connect a system once without giving every Operator the same reach. Each Mission receives its own narrow access and keeps a visible list of what it does not need.
Connect once
The organization connection creates no authority by itself.
Grant per Mission
Only the capabilities and resources this responsibility needs are requested.
Keep the no-list
Unused and risky capabilities stay outside the Mission instead of becoming ambient access.
The catalog
Can Ordmere work with your systems?
Search by name or by the kind of system. Each status comes straight from the product's own catalog, and nothing is marked available until it is.
26 in preview · 11 planned — plus custom systems and APIs. Production connectors are in development; nothing here is marked available until it is.
- Available
- Production connection, ready for live Missions.
- Preview
- Works end to end in the Mission setup preview with a simulated connection. The production connector is in development.
- Planned
- On the roadmap. Meanwhile a Mission can include it through a custom connection request.
- Custom / API

Custom systems & APIs
Beyond the household names
Your business runs on more than the logos.
An internal ERP. A regional accounting system. A database. A specialist tool with an API. A Mission describes what it needs in capabilities — read orders, update a record — not in vendor names, so those needs can be met by a custom connection where one can be supported.
- Internal ERP
- Custom API
- PostgreSQL database
- Specialist line-of-business system
Custom connections are set up with your team. They're never instant, and Ordmere says so.
Start with the outcome. The Operator works out the systems.
Describe the outcome, and Ordmere tells you which systems it needs, why, and what it will never touch.
