Pricing
Hand off one responsibility. Make Ordmere prove it.
Don’t pay to configure software. Give one Ordmere Operator a real responsibility, define the Mission now, and prove the outcome under supervision when proof access opens. The intended ongoing price is $99 / month for up to 3 active Missions.
$0 first proof. Up to 3 active Missions in the base price. No seats. No per-task pricing.
How pricing works
Then +$49/ month for each Mission beyond the included 3.
01 · Prove
Prove one real Mission
$0Ordmere platform fee
- One Mission, run under supervision
- Up to 14 calendar days from the first proof run
- Ends when the agreed outcome is verified — or sooner if the Mission can't safely proceed
- No obligation to activate
A proof window, not a free trial. The clock starts when Ordmere starts the supervised proof run — not while you're describing or setting up the Mission.
02 · Keep it running
Keep up to 3 Missions running
$99/ month
Includes up to 3 active Missions.
Use the included Missions for the responsibilities you most want off your team’s plate. Each Operator keeps the work moving, brings you only the decisions that need you, and checks the outcome.
Add responsibility 4 and beyond
+$49/ month for each Mission beyond the included 3
Define my first MissionExternal AI, API or provider usage may be billed separately. You see the estimate and approve the limit before the proof and before activation.
03 · Higher scale
Complex or higher-scale?
Complex or higher-scale deployments may require a custom plan. Tell us what the work involves and we'll agree the right shape with you.
- What's an active Mission?
- A recurring responsibility you’ve activated for Ordmere to operate — for example, Customer Onboarding, Revenue Pipeline or a Leadership Brief. Up to 3 active Missions are included in the base price. A Mission in its supervised proof isn’t active yet, and nothing is priced by seats, steps or tasks.
Where Ordmere is today
Pricing tells you what Ordmere costs; this tells you what you can use now. Defining a Mission — its systems, access and controls — works today in the setup preview. Supervised proofs, recurring operation and billing are being built, and nobody is charged until activation exists and you choose it.

What you're paying for
Three responsibilities before you pay for a fourth.
The monthly fee is for Ordmere carrying real business responsibilities — with controls, exceptions, state, recovery and verified outcomes around each one.
- No seats
- No per-task pricing
- No AI credits
Operating the Mission
The recurring work itself, across the systems the Mission uses.
Controls and approvals
What happens automatically, what asks first, and what never happens.
Needs You
Exceptions and decisions brought to you with the evidence.
State and history
Where every piece of work is, and what happened to it.
Verified outcomes
Each result checked against the Mission's definition of done.
Monitoring and recovery
Failures caught, work kept safe, the Mission resumed.
Parts of the running product are still being built — see where Ordmere is today, above.
The proof
Why the proof is free — and what it shows you.
You shouldn't pay for a promise that has only been configured. So before a Mission runs routinely, Ordmere proves it under supervision on your real work, and you judge the result.
What it found
The real items it picked up — orders, invoices, enquiries.
What it understood
How it read each one against your rules.
What it would do
Every action it proposes, and which ones need your approval.
The evidence
The records behind each decision, from your systems.
Whether it finished
Checked against the Mission's own definition of done.
Then you decide
Activate it, correct it, or walk away. Nothing to cancel.
The Mission's controls apply in full during the proof: consequential actions ask first, and anything you've ruled out never happens.
External usage
Know the expected cost before Ordmere spends it.
Some Missions use external AI models, APIs or data services with their own costs. Those are separate from Ordmere's fee — during the proof and after.
Shown up front
Where there's a real basis, Ordmere shows expected usage before the proof and before activation.
Limits you approve
Usage limits, alerts and thresholds are part of the Mission's controls.
Your own provider accounts
Where supported, use your own keys so you pay the provider directly.
- No opaque token bundles
- No vague “AI credits”
- No surprise bill
Pricing questions
What does Ordmere cost?
$99/month, which includes up to 3 active Missions. Each Mission beyond those included is +$49/month. External AI, API or provider usage may be billed separately where it applies, and complex or higher-scale deployments may need a custom plan.
Before any of that, your first Mission is proven under supervision with a $0 platform fee, and you decide whether it's worth activating. Supervised proofs and billing are in development; your price is always shown before you activate.
Is the first Mission free? Is this a 14-day trial?
The proof is free; ongoing operation isn't. Your first Mission is proven under supervision with a $0 Ordmere platform fee, for up to 14 calendar days from the first supervised proof run.
It's a proof window, not a software trial. The clock doesn't start when you sign up, describe the Mission or connect a system — only when Ordmere starts the supervised proof run.
The proof can end sooner: when the agreed outcome is verified, if the Mission turns out not to be supportable yet, if the access or information it needs isn't available, or if continuing would exceed the agreed safety or usage limits. It isn't meant to run as a live production process.
Supervised proofs are in development; this is how they're designed to work.
When do I start paying — and what happens after the proof?
Once the proof has produced a verified result, you decide whether to activate it. If you do, $99/month begins and includes up to 3 active Missions. If you don't, nothing is charged.
Supervised proofs and billing are in development — nobody is charged during the preview.
What counts as an additional Mission?
The base price includes up to 3 active Missions. Each recurring responsibility you activate beyond those included is +$49/month. For example, Customer Onboarding, Revenue Pipeline and a Leadership Brief can all sit inside the base price.
Seats, steps, tasks and the systems a Mission touches don't change the price. Ordmere earns each additional Mission the way it earned the first.
What if Ordmere can't prove the Mission?
Then don't activate it. You pay for Missions you choose to keep running, not for trying. If a Mission isn't supportable yet, Ordmere says so rather than stretching the proof.
Are AI, API or provider costs included?
No. External services can have their own usage costs — during the proof and after — and they're kept separate from Ordmere's fee rather than hidden in it.
Where they apply, Ordmere is designed to show what to expect and the limits you approve before the proof and before activation. Estimates are in development.
Can I run several free proofs?
There’s one free proof per company or organization, for one Mission, unless we agree otherwise. After that, $99/month includes up to 3 active Missions; Missions beyond that use the additional-Mission price.
What about complex or high-volume Missions?
Complex or higher-scale deployments may require a custom plan. Tell us about the work when you describe the Mission, and we'll agree the right plan with you.
Give Ordmere a responsibility. Let it earn the next one.
Prove the first Mission. Keep it running if it earns its place. Add the next when you're ready.
